Tube Profile Chosen by Drainage Site
Cross-grooved tubes keep the lumen open when exudate is thick, and they release from healing tissue without dragging. Round tubes suit straight incision channels, while flat tubes sit under thin skin flaps without pressing on the suture line. Elasticity above -20 kPa holds negative pressure steady between emptying cycles, so drainage does not stall overnight.
Ball, Bag and Valve Configuration
The bulb generates suction as it re-expands, and 100ml or 200ml capacity decides how often nursing staff empty it. Type X bags carry a drain valve for sampling and measured output; Type Y bags stay sealed for closed transfer. A one-way valve in the bag blocks backflow, which is the main route for retrograde infection in ward drainage.
OEM Supply and Packing for Distributors
Each set ships sterile and single use, with tube, ball, bag and connectors in one pack, so the theatre team opens one item instead of four. Tube profile, length, French size, ball capacity and bag type can be combined to a distributor's own specification, with private label printing on the pouch and carton. Mixed configurations are quoted per order.

Closed sets suit postoperative subcutaneous drainage, superficial traumatic wounds and incision drainage where exudate volume has to be measured and kept out of the ward environment. The one-way valve and sealed bag reduce retrograde infection risk compared with gauze wicks.
Yes. Tube profile, length, French size, ball capacity and bag type are selected per order, and the sterile pouch and carton carry the distributor's own brand. Minimum quantities depend on the combination, so send the specification and target market for a quote.
